Jamie Hemann is an established 17-year veteran in the sports media business industry known as an innovative corporate and operational strategist skilled in aligning and executing successful strategy with anticipated changes in the sports, entertainment, media and technology landscape.
Hemann, former Vice President, Media Administration & Talent and distinguished 11-year executive of the National Football League is a sports visionary determined to change the future of football. During his time at the National Football League, he represented the League and its media platforms (NFL Network, NFL Digital, and NFL Mobile) as the lead negotiator for a wide range of sports media business transactions and acquisitions such as talent, original scripted/unscripted entertainment, studio and remote productions and development. Hemann was instrumental in strategizing and executing the creation and expansion of the business administration and operational infrastructure for NFL Network and NFL Digital Media. In addition, he provided critical legal, financial, business and administrative guidance for NFL Media while interacting with the National Football League office.
Prior to his time at the NFL, Hemann began his career at ESPN where he worked in Business Affairs and Administration within the Programming Department. While at ESPN, he negotiated and drafted numerous location and production related agreements associated with ESPN owned and operated events, such as X Games properties, the ESPYs and the Great Outdoors Games. In addition, he also negotiated, drafted and managed the business affairs related to ESPN Original Entertainment scripted and documentary productions.
Hemann, a native of Stacyville, Iowa, earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and then obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is married and has one daughter and the family resides in Los Angeles, CA.

Jeffrey Husvar is CEO of SportsPlus Properties (SPP), an independent boutique media advisory and development firm. Prior to founding SPP, Husvar was President of Lagardère Unlimited’s Media Group, where he
oversaw the company’s media business which included leading
its plans for growth and expansion.
Husvar has over two decades of experience in the sports media
industry. He joined FOX Sports in 2005 from CBS Digital Media
and served in several capacities over ten years. As a member of
FOX Sports Executive team, Husvar had oversight of all
operating and revenue metrics for the Group’s businesses. He
took a leadership role in acquisitions and the management of
strategic partnerships, and led the transition from FIM to FOX
Networks Group.
Most recently, as Executive Vice President of Strategy and
Development for FOX Sport Media Group, he was the principal
liaison with technology and digital media companies including
Microsoft, Google, Adobe, SONY, Facebook and Twitter.
Prior to this, Husvar served as Executive Vice President/General
Manager of FOX’s portfolio of digital sports properties, achieving
over 35 million ComScore Uniques monthly. He was also
responsible for more than $100 million in revenue and 200
employees across the U.S.
Husvar earned a Bachelor of Science from Rollins College in
Florida where he played on the tennis team for two years. A bad
shoulder and lack of talent pushed Jeff into golf, to which he is
now hopelessly addicted.
Chief Financial Officer
John Chung is the CEO and founder of Vita Asset Management, LLC. He has more than fifteen years of institutional investment and advisory experience. Prior to forming Vita Asset Management, he served as a Director of Portfolio Risk Manager team at New York Life Investment Management where he monitored and evaluated projects across multiple industries including business services, consumer & retail, financial institution and technology. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst at the High Net Worth Group, where he managed international equities portfolios and vetted acquisition targets involving both public and privately held companies. Mr. Chung started his career as an Analyst at Wilshire Associates and has held increasingly senior roles within the investment advisory business.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles. He holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 63 and 79 registrations.
Vice President of Football Administration
Tom Goodhines currently serves as the Vice President of Football Administration for Pacific Pro Football and joined the organization in 2017. The football veteran has extensive experience in different levels of professional football, including 16 seasons in the Arena Football League, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President and oversaw all Communications, Broadcasting, Football and Game Operations efforts. Prior to returning to the League Office, Tom spent the previous five and a half years as the General Manager of the Philadelphia Soul (2010-2015).
A three-time finalist for the AFL’s Executive of the Year in 2012-13 and 2015, Goodhines was the architect of the Soul’s one-year turnaround from 6-12 to 17-4 American Conference Championship season in 2012 and a 14-7 American Conference Championship in 2013. During his tenure with the Soul, the team was 62-37 (.626 winning percentage). He also oversaw a staff that earned “Support Staff of the Year”, Medical Staff of the Year (Lemar Mosley, David Rubenstein and Demetrios Menegos) and Equipment Manager of the Year (Brandon Mango) in 2013. This was the third time in his career (including twice with Utah) that Goodhines has been a part of these league honors.
Previously, Goodhines spent five seasons (2001-05) as the Director of Media Services for the Arena Football League Office in New York City and Chicago, but more recently, he spent two and a half years as the Director of Communications and Football Operations for the AFL’s Utah Blaze in Salt Lake City (2005-07).
While with the Blaze, Goodhines played a large role in the team winning the prestigious “Commissioner’s Award” – given to the League’s Organization of the Year in 2006. He also oversaw the football operations staff that won “Support Staff of the Year” in 2006 and 2007. In 2007, Goodhines was named PR Director of the Year by his peers in the AFL Public Relations Association.
His resume also includes experience working for the NFL Communications department during Super Bowl XLIV in New Orleans and with the NFL Players Association during Super Bowl XLV in Dallas. He also serves on the AFL’s Business Development, Rules and Competition, Labor Relations and AFL Hall of Fame committees. He was also selected to be a member of the AFL’s Silver Anniversary Committee in 2012.
Tom played a key role with the Philadelphia Soul’s AFL China project in 2013, where he was utilized with league and union relations, football operations, player personnel and lead advisor in the overall operations for the Beijing exhibition game.
Goodhines, a native of Chittenango, NY, has 10 years of radio broadcasting experience with WMCR Radio in Oneida, NY and nearly five years of combined experience as Sports Editor with the Oneida Daily Dispatch and Ithaca (NY) Journal. He received an Associate’s Degree in Radio and Television from Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, NY before attending Cazenovia (NY) College for Sports Management. Tom is single and has one daughter, Amanda.
